Time's Up is calling on CBS to donate Les Moonves' $120 million severance to groups combating workplace sexual harassment as the company's CEO steps down amid misconduct allegations.

CBS has hired two law firms to probe the behavior of the company's longtime honcho - who stepped down Sunday amid a wave of allegations that include forcing women to perform oral sex and retaliating professionally against those who rebuffed his come-ons.

CBS has announced an investigation into whether or not Moonves was terminated with cause and the results will ultimately determine if he walks away with $120 million that is now being held in a grantor trust.

"This came after a second Ronan Farrow exposé featuring more women accusing him of sexual harassment and assault", Colbert said, referencing Farrow's second New Yorker article published on Sunday, which included accusations from six women.

"The article is extremely disturbing and I'm not surprised that that's it", Colbert said of Moonves' exit.

While Julie Chen was still MIA on "The Talk", her co-hosts continued to speak about the sexual misconduct scandal surrounding her husband, Les Moonves, on Tuesday's episode.

While she acknowledged Moonves' denials of the accounts, describing his actions as consensual, King also noted, "I would think it would be in his best interest for us to hear what the report finds out". He stood behind this show while we were struggling to find our voice.

"On the other hand, you have women who are coming forward very credibly talking about something that's so painful and so humiliating", she added. And this I know is true to the core of my being: Women can not achieve equality in the workplace or society until there is a reckoning and a taking of responsibility'. They just don't. They just don't do it. This has hurt morale, but there are some really, really good people that come to work every single day. "But accountability is meaningless unless it's for everybody, whether it's the leader of a network or the leader of the free world".

'As a journalist, I am confident that the truth is going to come out because this is being investigated.
