The Honor 10 GT is essentially the same handset but with 8GB of RAM rather than the 6GB version available internationally. The company has already confirmed that the last two generations of Huawei and Honor flagship devices will be receiving the GPU Turbo feature through an OTA update later this year.

Aside from the RAM increase, the main draw for prospective buyers is the GPU Turbo update, which is based on the same graphics processing acceleration tech that powered the Honor Play. It is being touted as the most versatile smartphone at the moment and since it belongs to the company's Honor lineup, it is going to be more expensive than the regular Honor 10, but certainly cheaper to gain the necessary attention thanks to its improved performance and upgraded RAM count. The latest iteration of their flagship phone will also sport a tripod-free Night mode update.

The software update is now in beta, but should start arriving to all phones no later than July 15.

Honor has unveiled a souped-up version of the Honor 10 with 8GB of RAM and pre-loaded with the recently announced GPU Turbo tech update.

Huawei had introduced Super Night Scene mode on the Mate 10 for capturing handsome night shots by using a tripod. The native storage of the phone is not known, but it seems that it could be featuring 128 GB of inbuilt storage.

The device launches on July 24! Hence, the Honor 10 GT features a notched IPS LCD display of 5.84 inches that carries support for 19:9 aspect ratio and 2280 x 1080 pixels FHD+ resolution.

For photography, it features 24-megapixel + 16-megapixel dual camera unit on its back. The front-facing camera is a 24MP sensor with a fixed focus lens. It also has a fingerprint sensor on the home button. It is running on EMUI 8.1 flavored Android 8.1 Oreo OS.
