And of course one more fever dream of a trailer for the anime Disney crime Kingdom Hearts III finally confirmed its release next January.

Just Cause 4 is promising to be much better than its predecessor, and Square Enix highlighted some of the new game's improvements during its E3 2018 showcase. Additionally we saw the Kingdom Hearts III trailer we saw at the Microsoft event yesterday, along with a deeper look into Captain Spirit, which looks cute, but I find it hard to get super excited about. The Deluxe Edition, priced at $79.99, will include the game, a Kingdom Hearts 3 steelbook, a mini art book with concept art by director Tetsuya Nomura, and a collectible Kingdom Hearts 3 pin.

There were some cool moments, to be sure. But we already knew about Shadow of the Tomb Raider.

The video talks us through the new additions to Just Cause 4, the most prominent of these being the extreme weather system.

It was nice to see Dragon Quest XI in the spotlight, a series that often doesn't enjoy its share of mainstream.

The Amazing Adventures of Captain Spirit will release for free on June 26. Sadly, both also had immaterial showings with next to no details revealed about what they will be like; the ultimate E3 tease.

"'The Quiet Man' takes players beyond sound and words to deliver an immersive, story-driven, cinematic action experience, which players can complete in one sitting, seamlessly blending high-production live action, realistic CG, and pulse-pounding action gameplay", Square Enix stated in a news release. The teaser showed nothing worth clinging to otherwise.

Actual footage of Square Enix killing our hype at their press conference. Not content jockeying for space inside big first-party press conferences for Microsoft, Sony, and Nintendo, they needed stages all to themselves. It's clear that Square Enix is bringing everything together for a big finale with Kingdom Hearts 3. It's not just for the sake of their fans, but for the sake of their public image.
