Ivanka Trump and Jared Kushner earned at least $82m (£61m) in outside income in their first year as unpaid senior advisers to the president, disclosure forms cited by U.S. media say.

Trump and Kushner aren't the only White House staffers raking in the millions, however. And he reported a new loan from Bank of America for between $5 million and $25 million that is payable by 2022 related to the Quail Ridge property.

Trump made at least $12 million, including $5 million from the trust overseeing her clothing brand, $3.9 million from her stake in DC's Trump International Hotel, and $2 million in severance as a result of her January departure from the Trump Organization, reports the Washington Post.

The Post estimated Kushner's assets at Dollars 179 million to USD 735 million past year, compared to between USD 55.3 million and USD 75.6 million for Trump, noting that the Office of Government Ethics uses broad ranges for assets and liabilities.

Jared Kushner's filings reveal a sprawling real estate empire, with property in states including New York, New Jersey, Maryland, Illinois, Ohio and CT generating millions in rent.

The new filings reflect a change in the structure of Ivanka Trump's payments from limited liability companies affiliated with the Trump Organization. The hotel has been a focus of lawsuits against the president and ethics watchdogs, who say Trump is violating the Constitution by profiting from his office, as diplomats spend big money there. In all, he took in at least $70 million, the Post said.

The new disclosure shows that Kushner did take on a new debt previous year with Bank of America, worth between $5 million and $25 million - but jointly with other investors in Quail Ridge LLC, a company used for his family firm's purchase of Quail Ridge, a 1,032-unit apartment community in Plainsboro, NJ, near Princeton.

The figure was outed in financial disclosure forms released Monday.

The earnings have raised ethics concerns about conflicts of interest.

Since joining the administration, Mr. Kushner and Ms. Trump have complied with the rules and restrictions as set out by the Office of Government Ethics.
