U.S. President Donald Trump showed North Korea's leader Kim Jong Un an intense and strongly worded video montage ahead of their joint press conference, which immediately raised eyebrows.

Kim wearing glasses and dressed in a dark suit and Trump sporting a red tie shook hands in front of the cameras at around 9:00 a.m. local time (0100 GMT) at the luxury Capella hotel on Sentosa resort island off the southern tip of the city state.

Trump made the comments as he and Kim walked together along balcony as they headed to a larger meeting with aides. I think that's yet to be decided, but what we're seeing on screen is nothing but people saying, 'Look, let's cheer.

The two leaders will be meeting to talk about the nuclear disarmament of North Korea and establishing a framework for peace in East Asia.

Trump and Kim signed a "very comprehensive" document after their summit in Singapore.


Trump said he "absolutely" would be willing to invite Kim - whose regime has been criticised for widespread human rights abuses - to the White House.

To find out, Inside Edition sought out body language expert Tonya Reiman, who reviewed the mannerisms between the two leaders during their historic meeting.

And speaking several hours into their meeting, Trump said it had been: "A really fantastic meeting.

Of those alive today, only a small number will leave a lasting impact, and only the very few will make decisions or take actions that renew their homeland and change the course of history". -North Korean relations and sees North Korea pledge to "work towards complete denuclearization of the Korean Peninsula". So, diplomacy has certainly reached a new point in 2018.

Chinese State Councilor and Foreign Minister Wang Yi said the meeting was of great significance, and something China long called for.
