The big reveal today, however, is the new Gambit mode, which blends PVE and PVP into a new style of competitive gameplay.

A special build of Destiny 2: Forsaken with Gambit enabled will be available to play at the E3 show floor next week in Los Angeles.

The developers over at Bungie took to the official reveal to talk about all of the new additions to the game, including an incredibly high-tech bow and arrow that aims (pun intended) to challenge even the most powerful automatic weapon.

Following the reveal, the developer released a brand new video in which the developers showcase the expansion and explain how it will change the game. Called the Tangled Shore, the new location is an incredibly desolate looking area of strung up asteroids that come bearing a new type of enemy, the Scorn. It's really more of a montage, running through the basic details of the piles upon piles of changes that will be coming to the game this fall. Not only it comes with a brand new raid designed for the endgame, but it also looks really lovely. They've also teased a new Masterwork system that will allow players to level up their weapons invest in their weapons. (Bungie Image) Gambit mode in "Forsaken".

All that said, and we're only at the halfway point for the vidoc. "Something that feels like 'Destiny.' It was the one thing that I'd say, overwhelmingly so, had a very good first impression among the entire group that was there". NetEase operates several online games in mainland China, including World of Warcraft, Overwatch, and StarCraft 2. Two teams of four players are dispatched into separate arenas, where both sides fight enemies to collect motes.

Many gamers are also wondering if NetEase could bring Bungie's games to mobile.

Reinforcing the hobby of Destiny, Bungie is adding Triumphs to earn and gear collections to chase.

Bungie has announced its latest DLC expansion for Destiny 2 "Forsaken" which will be heading to PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC this September.

Of course, Destiny 2 Year 2 will include more than just Forsaken, as Bungie is prepping an Annual Pass which includes three additional content releases - Black Armory hits Winter 2018, followed by Joker's Wild in Spring 2019, and Penumbra in Summer 2019.
