Avengers: Infinity War directors Joe and Anthony Russo are keeping their creative energies flowing in the comic book world, bringing Rick Remender and Miles Orion Feldsott's 2014 Image Comics series Deadly Class to the small screen. But when terrifying and violent events begin to take place, they start to question each other, and surviving the journey proves harder than anyone thought.

"It does an fantastic job of exploring teenage years and the sense of alienation that you feel".

In the video, we get our first glimpses of the characters who occupy this universe. "The threats are real".

Deadly Class will release on SyFy in 2019.

Set in a dark, comic book world against the backdrop of late 80s counter culture, DEADLY CLASS follows a homeless teen recruited into a storied elite private school where the world's top crime families send their next generations.

Are you excited about the Deadly Class series on SyFy? Jeff Buhler (Jacob's Ladder) wrote the adaptation for television and will executive produce alongside Daniel Cerone (The Blacklist), who will also serve as showrunner. "It'll track these social circles as they try to survive "ruthless curriculum, vicious social cliques" and the adolescent uncertainties that transcend even the most unsafe of high school settings".

In addition to Wadsworth, Lana Condor (X-Men: Apocalypse), Benedict Wong (Doctor Strange), and María Gabriela de Faría star as well, with Gary Hetherington playing the role of President Ronald Reagan.
