Of course, the story they're referring to is of Queen's legendary frontman Freddie Mercury, who will be portrayed by Rami Malek in a performance that has already received praise from early screenings.

One of music's biggest names is finally getting a spotlight biopic on the big screen come November 2nd. Bohemian Rhapsody is set for release on 2nd November 2018, and the Primetime Emmy Award victor has finally given his fans a first glance into his portrayal of Freddie Mercury on 15th of May itself.

Then, in December, after three months of filming, director Bryan Singer was sacked for being absent from the production on multiple occasions and clashing with the cast and crew.

"In the process, cementing the legacy of a band that were always more like a family, and who continue to inspire outsiders, dreamers and music lovers to this day". Sacha Baron Cohen (best known as Borat in the titular film) was due to play Mercury, but left the project in 2013 over disputes with the remaining Queen members over the direction of the film.
