According to TMZ, Eduardo was charged on Monday, May 14, 2018, on three felony charges, as well as one misdemeanor.

A stalker has been charged after he allegedly broke into Rihanna's home and spent 12 hours inside.

It's unclear exactly what he did the 12 hours he was inside the home, but police told the Los Angeles Times that nothing had been taken.

According to the Agency, the man was discovered by Rihanna's assistant who called the police.

At press time, it still isn't known how the man gained access to Rihanna's home, or if he stole anything while he was there.

Leon is accused of climbing over a fence and breaking into the house on May 9.

Thankfully, the singer was out of town at the time of the break in, but the 26-year-old managed to hang around Rihanna's house for almost 24 hours before he was arrested.

Leon was arrested after forcibly entering Rihanna's house.

Eduardo Leon, 27, has been charged with stalking, first-degree residential burglary, vandalism and resisting arrest.

Leon allegedly broke into another home a week earlier, thinking it was the singer's.

If convicted, Leon faces a maximum sentence of six years in state prison. The LAPD is still investigating the case.
