Jay Ajayi Sued for Trashing LA Mansion ... Allegedly Shoved Owner

MINNEAPOLIS, MN - FEBRUARY 04: Jay Ajayi #36 of the Philadelphia Eagles celebrates defeating the New England Patriots 41-33 in Super Bowl LII at U.S. Bank Stadium on February 4, 2018 in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

Jay Ajayi is being sued after the owner of a Los Angeles mansion claimed the Eagles running back trashed the house and shoved him, TMZ Sports reported.

According to the lawsuit, the owner claims Ajayi threw three parties at the mansion despite the fact that they were specifically told parties were not allowed. During that time, Ajayi allegedly hosted a handful of parties in the home, which he was told not to.

In the lawsuit obtained by TMZ, the property owner reportedly claims he charged a $5,000 fee for each party held.

The owner claims Ajayi and his friends broke a table, scratched some floors and did not respect the no smoking policy. The owner also said he had to "call local security" to get Ajayi off his property.

According to a report, Ajayi might've celebrated a little too hard.

The owner further alleges that when he confronted Ajayi on February 18, he was pushed in the chest in a "menacing and threatening manner". As a result of this request, the rep says Ajayi and his friend left the mansion a few days early, but still paid the full amount.

Ajayi's attitude was a major reason the Dolphins traded him to the Eagles midway through his third National Football League season. He ran for 408 yards on 70 carries for the Eagles in seven games, and scored two touchdowns.
