The booklet was published by the Argentinian Football Association (AFA)-the country's top soccer governing body-focused on how to accustom those attending the World Cup to the culture, language and traditions of the host nation, Russia, according to BBC.

One of the course participants, Nacho Catullo, posted a chapter from the manual to Twitter that, loosely translated, was headlined "What to do to have an opportunity with a Russian woman".

"Russian women like men that take the the initiative, if you do not have confidence in yourself, then you need to practice talking to more women", one suggestion states.

"We regret that this mistake has overshadowed the importance of the day and the permanent educational activity provided by AFA, expressing our most honest apologies to those who were affected by the publication, which in no way reflects the thinking of the Argentine Football Association, nor that of its President Claudio Tapia or any of its directors", it concluded. Pay attention to their values and personality.

"Don't ask stupid questions about sex", the page read. Don't worry, there are many lovely women in Russian Federation and not all are good for you.

"For Russians, sex is something very private and not discussed in public".

Another entry read: "Normally, Russian women pay attention to important things, but of course, you will find women who pay attention to material things-on money, if you are attractive, what you tell them".

The FIFA World Cup is schedule to start on June 14. "(Maybe you do not believe me, but I know men who do it)". "Maybe you try to impress her by talking about the money you have, that you know everything, that you are ideal and the others are poor stupid people", reads the manual.

"I'm going to investigate why what happened happened and if someone tried to stain all the work we've been doing", the AFA's Alejandro Taraborrelli said, according to La Nacion. "Regrettably, at the time it was printed, there was the inclusion by mistake of a text that was never part of the course".

'Administrative personnel removed the manuals immediately, ' it added.

"We express our most honest apologies to those that were affected by the publication which in no way reflects the thinking of the Argentina Football Association, nor of its president Claudio Tapia or any of its executives".
