In a press release, the Los Gatos-Monte Sereno Police Department said two suspects entered the bank, approached employees while brandishing handguns and demanded cash.

Hoover was arrested in 2016 for violating a restraining order Swift had taken out against him - he'd allegedly followed her around an Austin, Texas concert.

Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to call police at 610-375-6101; the Berks County Communication Center at 610-655-4911; or Crime Alert Berks County at 877-373-9913.

The suspects stole an undisclosed amount of money and were last seen running toward Victory Lane, where a possible getaway vehicle was waiting, according to police. Police found him in Rhode Island, where they chased him back to CT. Rowley said he hoped to impress Taylor Swift, and drove to her Rhode Island home to throw some of the money on the property.

Bruce explained to police officers (repeatedly) that he had a crush on Taylor and that he planned on donating the stolen money to Ansonia PD - hoping that would impress the singer.

Rowley has been booked for robbery in the second degree and larceny in the fourth degree, and is being held on bail.

Rowley told police that he tried to contact Swift but she wasn't home.
