In what is surely the most head-scratching theory during this bad flu season, President Donald Trump's faith advisor has denounced the existence of this time of year when the infection spreads-and yet also believes that Jesus gave the world flu shots to battle "the curse of flu".

In a January 31 video posted on Facebook, Gloria Copeland said believers should not be anxious about the virus that officials say has killed more than 50 children so far this season. Do not accept it when someone threatens you "everyone gets sick with flu".

"Jesus himself gave us the flu shot, he redeemed us from the curse of flu", Gloria Copeland said.

"We already had our shot ..." Oliver played a clip of her preaching, in which she talked to her viewers about cancer.

"Listen, partners, we don't have a flu season... we've got a duck season, a deer season, but we don't have flu season", Copeland said in the video. "That's what we stand on", Copeland said in the video. Saying: 'I will never have the flu, I will never have the flu.

Praying for those with the flu, Copeland provided an innovative spin to anti-vaccination sentiment, encouraging people to "inoculate yourself with the words of god" by repeating that they did not have the symptoms of the flu. So, take the word of God, stay in the word of God.

Her proposal to "flu vaccine" is the return to the Scriptures.

During a televised broadcast about seven years ago, Kenneth Copeland challenged whether his great-grandson needed vaccines recommended by doctors. Which includes giving the world flu shots.

Eagle Mountain International Church, led by the Copelands' daughter Terri Pearsons in Tarrant County, was scrutinized in 2013 when its congregants were exposed to measles after a visitor who had been overseas attended a service. The others may have had at least one vaccination but had no documentation. "That's the way it's supposed to be", she said.

But Texas televangelist Gloria Copeland thinks there's nothing to worry about. The video has been making the rounds for a few days but is now in the forefront as more started to draw the connection between Copeland and the White House.
