Last week, Kim Cattrall's brother, Chris Cattrall passed away.

Watch below for more on the drama unfolding between Parker and Cattrall. Their Sex and the City co-star Cynthia Nixon also commented on the Instagram post, and it appeared that Cattrall had accepted her former colleagues' condolences, despite alleging they were not friends in an interview with Piers Morgan a year ago (17). Life has come to resemble fiction for the British-Canadian actress, 61, who denounced her former Sex and the City co-star Sarah Jessica Parker over the weekend after the death of Cattrall's brother.

In her Instagram post, Cattrall wrote: "My Mom asked me today 'When will that, that hypocrite, leave you alone?'"

In an Instagram post Saturday, Cattrall lashed out after Parker expressed her condolences over the death of Cattrall's brother, Chris. There were reports, regularly denied by Cattrall, that she was holding up plans for a second sequel to the original movie version of Sex And The City (2008). "Let me make this VERY clear", Cattrall said before going in for the kill.

"I didn't read about that", Shannon said regarding Cattrall's post, "but I know for me, Sarah is just so supportive and so wonderful and we just get along so well". (If I haven't already) You are not my family. "So I'm writing to tell you one last time to stop exploiting our tragedy in order to restore your 'nice girl" persona".

Cattrall also directed her followers to an NY Post article that claims the pair's rivalry dates back to 1998, when Sex and the City first aired on HBO. Looking at you, Kristin Davis.
