He said the NC MLA should not forget that he belongs to a party that rejected the two nation theory and he should also remember the oath he swears in the name of God at the beginning of his terms.

Jammu and Kashmir National Conference MLA Mohammad Akbar Lone on Saturday said that he raised "Pakistan Zindabad" slogans inside the House in reaction and he will not take back his words.

Speaker Kavinder Gupta had earlier alleged the presence of Rohingyas led to attack on an army camp in Sunjwan area of Jammu, today. Meanwhile, slamming Akbar Lone over his pro-Pakistani slogans National Conference President Farooq Abdullah said that he must not forget that NC does not agree with the two-nation theory that brought Pakistan into existence.

Lone on Saturday raised pro-Pakistan slogans in the Jammu and Kashmir Assembly after BJP members condemned the neighbouring country over the terror attack on an Army camp in Jammu. Amidst the high-end drama, NC leader and former Speaker of the house, Mohammad Akbar Lone started raising "Pakistan Zindabad" slogans.

The following slogans were raised in the Assembly just a few moments after the House was adjourned amid chaos over Speaker's controversial remarks.

"The statement of Speaker Kavinder Gupta shows what they have in their mind", he claimed.

Lone, who is NC MLA from Sonawari and former Speaker, stood from his chair and chanted pro-Pakistan slogans to counter BJP MLAs, who were shouting anti-Pakistan slogans.

Abdullah, in a series of tweets, said, "You (BJP) let us worry about the MLA".

The NC condemned the slogans, terming them unacceptable.

Party's working president Omar Abdullah, in a separate tweet, said he endorsed the party president's view and the party would not say anything more on the issue.
