A former personal assistant for Harvey Weinstein alleges she was forced to undertake such tasks as cleaning up after his sexual encounters and taking dictation from him while he was naked. Rehal, who worked at The Weinstein Company between 2013 and 2015, alleges Weinstein frequently touched and rubbed her without consent, verbally harassed her, dictated emails naked "on an nearly weekly basis", called her a "cunt" and a "pussy", and required her to inject him with erectile dysfunction shots.

"Ms. Rehal was required, as a condition of her employment, to work with Harvey Weinstein when he was naked". Although Weinstein warned her he was a tough guy to work for, "she could never have imagined how bad and terrifying her job would be", the lawsuit says.

That involvement, Rehal claims, included keeping a list of Weinstein's contacts that included a special asterisk to denote which were his "girls", setting up an apartment near the office that he could use for sexual liaisons, buying lingerie and managing the stock of his erectile dysfunction injections. According to her, Harvey would often press himself against her and even rub her inner thighs as they sat in his SUV.

'On numerous occasions he said, 'What's wrong Sandeep, is the tampon up too far today?',' according to the suit.

Her lawyer Genie Harrison said Rehal quit in February 2015 to break away from "the intolerable work environment". She is suing Weinstein, his brother Bob and the Weinstein Co. for an unspecified amount of money.

Harvey Weinstein is being sued by a woman who claims a variety of awful things, including that Weinstein allegedly forced her to take dictation while he was naked.

Weinstein 65, is facing a wave of allegations ranging from sexual harassment to rape from scores of women including actresses Ashley Judd, Mira Sorvino, Rose McGowan, Lupita Nyong'o, Annabella Sciorra and Gwyneth Paltrow.

Sandeep reveals she began working for Harvey in 2013, and he quickly began making inappropriate requests.

'Although Sandeep's employers gave little thought to her physical and emotional welfare, we have confidence that the jury will deliver justice and restore her dignity. Weinstein has denied all reports of non consensual sex through a spokesperson; he reportedly entered a clinic for sex addiction after the accusations.
