Call it the second trimester glow, but Kate was beaming as she greeted and chatted with students at the school.

She was visiting the Reach Academy Feltham, west London, when she made the comments to a group of teenage pupils.

The "Florrie" floral print dress isn't a new addition to the royal's wardrobe: The 36-year-old wore it while pregnant with Charlotte and clearly hung on to it for a potential pregnancy number three.

The Duchess was back to business the following day, taking her bump out for a spin to visit Reach Academy with children's mental health charity Place2Be.

There, Kate was also given a tour of the school's nursery, where she met with parents who work on the school's parenting support program, according to People.

Meanwhile, the Duke of Cambridge President of the Royal Marsden Trust visited their Chelsea hospital. While touring the facility, William put on a set of scrubs, complete with a scrub cap, and watched doctors perform surgery on a patient with adenoid cystic carcinoma, a cancer most commonly formed in the salivary glands of the head and neck.

He later switching back to his shirt and pants before chatting to patients in the Burdett-Coutts Ward who are receiving treatment.
