OnePlus 5T to be unveiled at Nov.16 launch event

Though OnePlus fans and potential users will get the first look of the smartphone on November sixteenth, they will have to wait for at least a week to get their hands on the new smartphone, for the OnePlus 5T Smartphone will go on sale on November twenty first and will be available in OnePlus stores and at counters in partner stores all across North America and Canada. Similar to the OnePlus 5, the OnePlus 5T is expected to come in two variants: one with 6 GB of RAM and 64 GB of internal storage and the other with 8 GB of RAM and 128 GB of storage.

With each passing generation, the price of the self-anointed "flagship killer" devices from OnePlus have had small price increases, but we've now had confirmation that won't be the case for the OnePlus 5T. This rumour was again fuelled by Evan Blass, who is known for his habit of leaking information about upcoming gadgets, when he posed a picture of the OnePlus 5T Smartphone on twitter. The phone will take the same price tag as Oneplus 5 holds today. Interestingly, it was rumored to launch on November 16 at the time, which has now been confirmed. The speculations started brewing when the OnePlus 5 went out of stock in several major markets such as the US.

These details have yet to be confirmed by OnePlus and a representative for the company said it was unable to comment on the price at this time.

OnePlus started out as a bargain-priced flagship phone, but as each generation is released the price has crept up.

Well, OnePlus has been steadily making its phones costlier by around Rs. 5,000 each passing year.

Stay tuned to GizBot for more updates! However, we do not know as of now which variant was the Oneplus CEO talking about. As the rumor mill has been claiming, the new render suggests that the OP5T would be arriving with an 18:9 aspect ratio display. Perhaps we might see the arrival of a new set of cameras as well.

The smartphone is expected to retain the dual rear camera system with a 16MP wide-angle lens and 20MP telephoto lens.

Furthermore, since the screen is larger, the smartphone will have larger battery.
